How does the Pickup Service work?
Our Pickup Service allows you to shop online and conveniently collect your order at our store in Dubai. Simply choose the pickup option during checkout, select the designated location, and we’ll notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.

You can pick up your order at our designated pickup location: K-Beauty On by KSOUK in Burjuman Mall, Dubai, UAE. The exact address and pickup instructions will be provided in your order confirmation email.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email. Most orders are ready within 1 hour, depending on product availability.

Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation (either printed or digital). If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, they will also need to bring a valid photo ID and a copy of the order confirmation.

Yes, you can authorize someone else to pick up your order. Make sure they have a valid photo ID and the order confirmation (either printed or digital) to collect the order.

You have 2 days to pick up your order once it is ready. If you are unable to collect it within this time frame, please contact us to arrange an alternative, but this can only be done once

If you don’t pick up your order within 2 days, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method. If you need more time, please contact our customer service team.

No, our Pickup Service is free of charge. You only pay for the products you purchase.

If you notice any issues with your order upon pickup, please let us know immediately. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund as necessary.

Returns and exchanges are not processed at the pickup location. Please log into your account online, request a refund for the product you are picking up, return the product at the pickup location, and then shop for other products you want to exchange online or in-store. Please note the refund may take 3-4 business days depending on your payment gateway.

Unfortunately, we cannot split orders between pickup and delivery. If you need different delivery services, please split your orders manually when placing them.
