Refund policy


How Do I Return?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via support@k-souk.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you to provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories or free gifts.
  3. Shipping Label: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Print it and attach it to your package.
  4. Ship Your Package: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Arab Emirates, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

What Items Are Refundable?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We accept returns on the following items, provided they meet the criteria below:

  • Unopened and Unused Products: Products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • On sale items or Gift cards
  • Opened or used products
  • Intimate or hygienic items (e.g., deodorants, toothbrushes)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items with broken safety seals
  • Single-use products
  • Expired products

Are There Any Charges for Return?

  • Return Shipping Charges: We cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. For other returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: For international customers (outside the UAE), any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return process will also be deducted from your refund.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
