Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or some unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

- Within the UAE: 1-2 business days
Shipping Locations and Charges
Delivery charges will be calculated during checkout and are based on your location. All UAE orders over AED 200 will be eligible for free shipping.
Currently, we provide delivery services within the UAE only, but we will soon expand to the rest of the GCC countries.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email to track your order. If you can’t find the email or haven’t received it, please contact to support@k-souk.com
Damages or Lost
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
